Puddle Jumpers products come with the following terms and conditions.

Puddle Jumpers guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Whenever possible, Puddle Jumpers will repair or replace any damaged or faulty goods, providing the damage is not caused through misuse. If repair or replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods including the cost of postage and packaging. This does not include normal wear and tear and is providing items have been used for the purpose in which they were intended and washing instructions have been followed correctly.
Please return the item to the stockist from which you purchased it or contact us directly.
Puddle Jumpers online adheres to a full refund or exchange policy on all items should the goods you receive not meet your requirements and if they returned within 7 days. The items returned MUST be unused, unwashed and in their original undamaged packaging with swing tags attached
SALE ITEMS: Returns or exchanges are not accepted on sale items, other than for a faulty product.
IMPORTANT: All returns should be sent to Puddle Jumpers, 854 Waipuna Rd, RD1, Blackball 7871. Please print and complete the returns form and include with the items you are sending back. Refunds and exchanges can not be processed unless this form has been completed, including credit card details.
We make every effort to keep the cost of delivery as low as possible for our customers, delivery method is dependent on the delivery location and the volume of the order. We will use one of the following methods: NZ Couriers and NZ Post for International. We endeavor to process & ship your order within 24 hrs of receiving it and you will be contacted if there is any delay in dispatching your goods. Please see the chart below for estimated delivery times. Please note, this is a guide only and delivery times may vary.

Destinations and estimated delivery times:
- Courier 2-3 working days
- Rural Delivery add 2 working days
- Australia 7-10 working days
- Rest of the World 7 – 14 working days
Cost of delivery
New Zealand orders have a flat rate of $7.50 (or free on orders over $100). Australian orders are shipped at a flat rate of $17 and the rest of the world, $35. More on our shipping can be found here

Secure Payment Policy
Puddle Jumpers uses Stripe to process its online credit card transactions. Stripe processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.
- Payments are processed in real-time.
- Puddle Jumpers does not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by Stripe.
- Stripe has bank grade security. All transaction details are compliant to PCI Service Provider Level 1.
- Stripe Payment Express Software is certified with over 200 banks globally.
- The transaction on your cardholder statement will be identified by the trading name Puddle Jumpers.
