Returns

Puddle Jumpers guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Whenever possible, Puddle Jumpers will repair or replace any damaged or faulty goods, providing the damage is not caused through misuse. If repair or replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods including the cost of postage and packaging. This does not include normal wear and tear and is providing items have been used for the purpose in which they were intended and washing instructions have been followed correctly.

Please return the item to the stockist from which you purchased it or contact us directly.

Puddle Jumpers online adheres to a full refund or exchange policy on all items should the goods you receive not meet your requirements and if they returned within 7 days. The items retuned MUST be unused, unwashed and in their original undamaged packaging with swing tags attached

SALE ITEMS: Returns or exchanges are not accepted on sale items, other than for a faulty product.

IMPORTANT: All returns should be sent to PO Box 644, Rangiora. Please print and complete the returns form and include with the items you are sending back. Refunds and exchanges can not be processed unless this form has been completed, including credit card details.
