Puddle Jumpers is pleased to be able to offer an excellent opportunity to raise funds for your school, playcentre, preschool or kindy by selling Puddle jumpers outdoor clothing for kids. You can also purchase our products for use at your centre at the same discounted rates.

Your organisation will receive a discount of 25% off our Recommended Retail Price for all orders over 20 items. If you wish to use our products for fundraising you can then sell these garments to your families for the full RRP earning your centre the difference of 25% or you may choose to pass on part of this discount to your families, eg. 20% for the centre 5% discount on RRP to the family.

All you need to do is follow these simply steps

1. Contact us to receive your member code and login information for our website members area (please do not give this code to your families this is for your admin use ONLY and will only be accepted for orders over 20 garments)

2. Print off the order forms and cover letter from our website and distribute to your families.  Click here to download our Order Form

3. Direct your families to our website for product information and sizing details to make their selection, please make them aware that if their first choice is not available the will be sent their second colour choice. 

4. Login to our members area using you members code

5. Consolidate your orders into one bulk order and complete your order using our simple online ordering system.

*If you are purchasing for use at your centre, simply contact us for your login information then you can place your order online at our members area.


Conditions:

We prefer you to order through our website members area to insure the correct items are selected. Payment can be made by credit card or by direct payment into our account. Please note that full payment will be required before your order is shipped.

Shipping:
You order will be shipped as one bulk order to the centre for distribution to your families.

Returns and exchanges:

Puddle Jumpers guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty - for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This does not include normal wear and tear and is providing items have been used for the purpose in which they were intended.

We are happy to exchange garments for different size/colour of the same garment providing that it is available and if the garment is returned promptly and unused, however, we are not able to give refunds on this arrangement for reasons other than above so please choose carefully.

For exchanges please have your families return the item/s to PO Box 644, Rangiora and include a self addressed, postage paid packet and a completed returns form.
